Pretty good sunflower, but the flower head needs to show a lot more depth and detail. It should appear like a slightly oblate hemisphere. Also, fill in the background of the flower with very dark colors respective to their regions (i.e. dark green for the stem), so that the drawing doesn't have any holes in it.

Yeah, I'm definitely starting to put more time into finished work. I've already started working in that direction, but I'm waiting a while to post that stuff.

The pressure sensitivity is on, so I guess that just means I can try to make better use of it.

I've been meaning to give pencil animation a try, but haven't done anything serious with it. I remember making a water drop and an imploding face, but those files are on my old computer.

These are gettin pretty good. I haven't been looking at this thread very often, but I just read through the last 6 pages. You're definitely getting better. :)

I think you need to get away from the anime style you started on around where the cheekbone/nose comment was made. I think your more recent posts are straying away, which is definitely a good thing. Try to make up your own style. The hands are pretty nice, they definitely need more contrast in the shading, but still pretty good. A few of the proportions look a bit funny, but still lovely :)

If you wanna draw some naked people and also look at muscle structures, try out posemaniacs.com

It's a whole site based on life drawing and shizz, pretty good if you wanna get better at drawing people.

Keep up the good work though, very nice. Also, not yet, but a bit later on, when you get more confident but you don't know what you're doing wrong or what to do next, I know it sounds a bit homo of me, but try out /ic/ on 4chan. It's a lot better for criticism than deviantart or any of that shit. You'll obviously get some shit replies, but a lot of people on there know their shit.
