Can someone make a tutorial? I've searched far and wide, but most are not as good as I'd like.

Just use the filters that makes stuff look like paintings! No one will notice!

Other than that i'd say just practice drawing until you develop your own personal solutions; everyone is different.

Pretty much what I do is make all the line work, then put in light values, and then dark values with the air brush, and smuge them together for blending


and of course practice, practice
