Christmas Meal Plans

Anyone else planning on cooking Christmas Dinner this year?

I'm currently in the middle of finalizing my plan since both sides of my family are visiting this year.

Current plan:

Appetizers
Platter of pickles, olives, smoked turkey sausage, garlic cheese ball (premade), cheddar cheese, ritz crackers, wheat thins and shrimp ring with seafood sauce.

Main Course
Roasted turkey (getting a local fresh, free range turkey from the butchers. Not sure if I should brine it).

Sides:

Homemade turkey gravy
Homemade cranberry sauce

Sauteed green Beans
Roasted beets
Roasted brussel spouts with bacon

mashed yukon potatoes (with plenty of butter and cream)
sweet potato casserole
Stuffing (going to cook this in a crock pot)

Not making dessert though.
