If you find some time and this is an easy job I'd really really love it

This is pretty easy to do although it's not documented, you can create a link like this:

http://www.clockcrew.cc/talk/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=vBForum_Post&exclude=

where is a comma-seperated list of the forums you want to exclude -

So say you want a what's new list of all the forums except for Spam, gas and bug reports:

http://www.clockcrew.cc/talk/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=vBForum_Post&exclude=33,21,2

This is the same as going here, selecting your forums, selecting "last visit and newer" and running that search.

It'd be nice to have a quick and nasty GUI somewhere which lets us customize it though. It's just convenient to be able to click the "What's new?" button, rather than having to remember/bookmark a URL.

like forums you dont care about for the What's New thing? Cool - i'll put that on my todo list

EDIT: I am having difficultying parsing sentences today.

PineappleClock

Nope, i have trouble deciphering my own sentences - I'll add that feature in, I can see how it would be useful

Sinister Clock

I was merely confused due to drugs and that thing you said.
