you should replace the word money in the original audio with the word tiddy in speakonia via audacity. then retime the animation to it. then it would be perfect. it shouldn't be hard, you don't have much frame by frame animation there so it's mostly gonna be highlighting a frame on each layer and then hitting F5 a few times. don't add any extra clarification just leave the part as is besides the audio. it's better this way. let rob figure it out. or ???????? I guess?
