Quote from: Munglai;1399388Also I never realised before that Sam Neil basically just plays Indiana Jones.

Huh, I never heard/thought of that analogy before. I should look out for that if I watch it again.

I remember watching it in the cinema for the first time and being scared of the T-Rex and hiding inside my Dad's coat (I was 4 :D).

I never was as into the Lion King as most people but I do understand your thing about Timon and Pumba.
I guess they're the Disney end of the deal in many ways, as in maybe the deal was that they could make this coming of age, hamlet-esque film as long as there were these quirky sidekicks that could live on in a syndicated cartoon of their own.

I'd love to see a remake of The Mask and have it with all the violence of the comic and for it to just basically be a slightly OTT horror movie.

Quote from: Schnitzel;1395581Not enough Donnie in the new movie.

Yeah, you're not the first person I've heard say that. I keep getting that from people and I guess it's true. I hadn't noticed even though I love Donnie, but whatever. :D Hope there's more Donnie if they make another (I also hope they make another).

Quote from: SnakeClock;1395590Damn near better than Dreamworks

I hate Dreamworks' animated movies. The 1st Shrek was ok but from the films I've seen them make, none of them have heart. It seems they only cast famous people and not people who fit their parts, regardless of popularity like Pixar often do.
Actually, funny story, I once was in HMV and I saw a copies of the Over the Hedge and Shrek 2 video games, next to each other. I was looking at them together and I thought I'd become dyslexic:

Is it just me or do they have similar colour codes?

Quote from: SnakeClock;1395590That scene in the rain between Raphael and Michaelangelo was actually pretty spellbinding.

Aw man, those close-ups of their faces were great. I remember how happy I was to be watching it in the cinema when I saw that part.

I was just watching an interview with him and he seemed like a really cool guy.
I'm ashamed to say I took him for granted. I will miss him.

Quote from: Kombucha;1394212Scarecrow, Carmine Falcone, and Ra al Ghul are real villains from the Batman comics, they're just more obscure than the Joker and Two-Face.

Oops. Sorry.

Quote from: Snake Plissken;1394207Batman Begins they just made up some guys.

Falcone, Ra's and Scarecrow are all from the comics.

They're not as well known as The Joker and Two-Face obviously but they weren't made up for the film.
