I like it. The only thing I can think of when I see it is that the flowers look a tad rushed and don't have enough depth to them. Other than that, really good!

Nice perspective on the skull. I like the contrast between the BG and the skull.
Flowers look good as well.

the only negative point I can come up with is that you seemed to have wasted half of your canvas just on the black background :(
