Disc help

Ok, I just bought GTA4, and, the disc wont read. I hear it scanning and spinning and all, but I still just says DVD RW Drive (E:) (and when I go to open it, it sais please insert disc)
I never had this problem except when I went to install Oblivion, same problem.
My driver is updated and all.

Never mind. My PC restarted and it magicly showed up....maybe.....OBLIVION WILL WORK?

Yeah but, out of no-where my computer decided to restart.

That's happened to me. I have never been able to find out why, unless it was a fucking automatic update restart on my laptop
