there are two discords because there are people with politically incorrect "dude its just a word lol" senses of humor (group X), and there are people who are totally done with people saying things like "faggot" (group Y)

on one server, group Y get their panties in a bunch and hand out the bans whenever a member of group X says some deliberately insensitive shit
on the other, white boy group X get to hang out without group Y griping about their language, why are they asking to be unbanned??
