I (saw a youtuber mention this idea and am easily influenced so I) made a mixer for Deej™ (using this but with knobs instead of sliders) because my friends and I always complain about how every game is a different volume and voice chat is invariably either THE GAME IS BLOWING MY EARS OUT or YOU GUYS ARE BLOWING MY EARS OUT every time we go to a different one. I was doing it very slowly because I am a procrastinating jackass, knowing it'd be good, but god DANG I was not expecting what a quality of life upgrade this would be. The only things I have bound are master volume, "everything else" (video games), firefox (youtube), and discord and haven't even voice chatted with this thing yet, but just being able to balance podcasts and vidja games over this weekend without clicking out of the game or even opening a menu has been extremely hella

we've had to do some wacky shit to stop it from freaking out, sucking down 100% of its node's CPU for 48 hours, then finally crashing when it runs out of storage from the error log

break the hour hand off of one, the minute hand off of another


glue a big black circle most of the way down the hour hand / half way down the minute hand, so they travel identical paths
