Trop has been a big part of the CC since 2002. He already has access to everything I have access to as developer, and has proven himself to be useful and trustworthy. He is also a respected flash animator, and respected member of the community. He is always available in the blast, and has averted a couple small disasters in his short stay with the staff. To not give him the ban hammer would be disrespectful.
