RobClock

i opened this forum earlier by accident and realized that nobody ever post here so I took pictures when i made a bowl of porridge just now and I'm going to post it

get your ingredients

you'll need Oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water.

RobClock

Measure one cup of water and pour it into a pot, then add your dry ingredients.

A pinch of salt

spoonful of brown sugar

the tiniest pinch of cinnamon

Stir that all up.

RobClock

measure one third of a cup of oats and add those

chuck in some raisins for good measure

now stir that all up

i want to know why my phone rotated all of the images except these three

RobClock

Put it on the stovetop

I set the burner between 3-4, I don't know what that means relative to anyone elses stove.

turn on the timer for 10 minutes

Now sit back and pass the time with some reading

RobClock

when your timer is up it's time to check the porridge

Not bad, but still runny as hell

Give it a good stir and reset your timer for another 10 minutes.

RobClock

as you get down to the 4-3 minute mark you'll probably notice its starting to bubble and is much thicker

You're going to have to watch it now so throw that newspaper in the bin where it belongs and stir that shit

The last minute is going to be pretty much constant stirring

RobClock

Timers up, get the pot off the burner

Pour it in a bowl and immediately wash the pot so what's left over doesnt turn to cement and never come off

Get yourself a glass of water to complete your prison-diet meal

Et voilà! A bowl of slop.

RobClock

In the time it took to make this thread i finished eating

it was good

GOOD recipe

I swapped out the oats for soup and the other ingredients for biscuits and it was very good

5/5 stars

<Marlin Clock> This thread seems proof positive that divisiveness at any level is usually bad for the Clock Crew.
<PhantomCatClock> are we talking about the same clock crew

I had no milk in the house this morning.
