absinthe told me there was no such rule and that is why blob is allowed to harass me every time i post without any consequences

Harassing each other in jest is part of cc tradition but some people just put too much hate into it. I'm not sure how we could define what constitutes the fun kind and what constitutes the bad kind so we dont have arguments over it all the time. And nowadays old fashioned "moderator discretion" isnt very popular so I dunno what to do.

Alternatively we could change the rule to "only harass blob and elements"

The clock crew is at it's finest when we are unified by our passionate hate towards an individual(s). Some people are hating on Ribs right now but he's not universally hated so it's not as fun. I think we can all agree on harassing blob (and elements? okay).
