I don't ever write i just freestyle and the dude who has the studio in his house that i go to made the beat in like 10 minutes I need beats for when I buy my own real mic so i can work on my tape "Jackie Chan Adventures"

You should record yourself freestyle then write down the parts the sound good and organize them in a way that makes sense and then optimize the flow.

Also, check your ng account, I invited you to a project or something. It's just an mp3 of something I started. lemme know if it's shit.
