So I'm making a banner, which is stopped at the first frame but plays when you rollOver it and restarts when you rollOut. When it gets to the end, there's another button in which text will expand and contract when hovered over and opens an url when you click it.
My problem is that if you go off the main rollOver button it restarts the banner since going to the second button counts as rollOut.

Edit: well I figured half of it out with some movieclip scrip, now the text expands and contracts without restarting the banner, but i still need to figure out a way to open an url after clicking, without it restarting.
Seems like a bit of a silly way to go about it.
thats because i have no idea how this actionscript thing works since i never use it
