Not really, it was actually pretty bad.
~110 homes were completely destroyed in New York from a fire caused by a downed transformer. The firefighters couldn't do anything to stop it during the storm. There was tons and tons of property destruction too, worst at the coast. Basically the entire boardwalk area in Atlantic City was ripped apart from what I saw on the news.
~55 Deaths is the latest death toll I heard regarding the storm.
Heck, even on my property where we didn't get hit as hard as those closer to the coast, one of our giant pine trees fell and part of our roof was ripped off. We have to have it repaired now.
