EDIT: Info;
For those who haven't played the tabletop game: Night City's Psychosquad (MAX-TAC) is a special police unit that responds to situations involving cyborgs that go crazy (cyberpsychosis). They often "recruit" from the pool of cyborgs that go crazy, by reprogramming them to serve in the Psychosquad and save people to pay for their former crimes. That's what you're seeing in the trailer. It's playback of how a female MAX-TAC officer became part of the squad.
I want to perform full cyberpsychosis :(
Naming something Cyberpunk 2077 is like naming it Comedy 1995.
needs more hacking into things, "surfing" the web through visual interfaces, future drug abuse and self aware megga computers. I am not impressed. this just looks like another pretty shooter.
edit: ok after lookin this thing up apparently its an rpg. if that is the case the trailer does a really shitty job of telling us so.
So the game is just random pictures? Or did they just make a boring trailer.

Well, I agree, but then again I never ever give any trailer any significance other than theatrical.
You'd have to scour a lot to find any real "gameplay trailer", it's either Game footage or a trailer. Mass Effect and all other games follow the same formula.
Ironically enough, me hating Nintendo, they actually have the most ingame footage in their trailers nowdays.
