Now I dont want this to be a gigantic circle jerk , dick measuring contest but seriously. How did you discover the clockcrew?I'm doing some research.

I used to watch Nef movies, then I found her Clock Crew stuff.

okay where did you discover her?
My research is pretty thinly veiled, Im considering recruitment strategies/or hype generation . Having a dual personality would work well and allow reach to other people that normally would avoid us completely. At least it worked for Nef.
Though I love clockcrew right now exactly how it is, it never hurts.
I was lurking the NG boards and I kept seeing Clocks and Clock haters so I was like "bigbadron, what is this whole Clock thing about?" And he told me. So I watched the movies and began posting on the BBS in support of the Clocks.
Sometime around my fifteenth birthday my friend at highschool who went by 3DClock told me about the clock crew. He made me join and I had barely any idea what it was outside of playing Clock Legends in 7th grade computer class. I was the worst member at the time, it was fun.

oh, Newgrounds. I voted for that.
on da grounds
Been watching Clock Movies for like 2 years then i did see Satty&Pop Series on the 2012 Flash Flood and i decided to join.
Pepsiclock
I came across movies such as True North, The Void and Sonne back when I spent a lot of time on NG.
Those movies really got me interested in the Clock Crew. I have no idea why I waited 4 years before I finally joined the crew though.
How to Speak Clock (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/123620) was my first SBC encounter (though technically it wasn't by a Clock). I think I saw it on the portal during or after judgement. That was in 2003. Then I started searching and watching most of the classic movies on the collection page.
I eventually made an NG account in 2004 and joined the forums during the cc.net era.
God I need to finish my Origins movies. This shit has dragged on for far too long.
21 O'Clock Street Part II, by StrangeClock. Didn't find Part I until a bit later, weirdly.
Newhounds
I was 12 years old on Newgrounds when i found Clockday of The Year by TurdClock, which lead me to the CC collection pages. And from there I came to notice that Clock flashes hardly ever got blammed, and since i really really wanted to make cartoons that would pass judgment, i signed up.
I was a Clockday '05 recruit.
Newgrounds, way back when. Joined Newgrounds shortly before Clockday 2005.
newgrounds, just random browsing.
flash on albinoblacksheep and other content from god knows where > ng in may '05 > cc in august '05
I came to Newgrounds because content that originated on Newgrounds was popular enough to reach my (Internet) neighborhood, and I wanted to go to the source. Then, once I was part of the Newgrounds community, the Clock Crew seemed smarter/funnier/more talented than pretty much everyone else, so I joined.
The best recruitment strategy is to make content so good, and so accessible (or so attractive) that it spreads itself. Make other people want more, or a slice of our pie. Make 'em envy.
lurking all over the web, discovering newgrounds with pico movies on 2000, and later B on 2001, leaving NG due to extreme violence (assasins games/bloody animations), and i came back in 2003, where i became more familiar with the clock-crew flashes, and started to love them (void, lord of the clocks, veggies vs fruits, FU's ''the clock-war'', avocado's AMAZING ''sonne'' carrot vs strawberry and later on CC TV 1 and 2.)
thats a small summary.
but yeah, NG basically.
So far I got some great data and ideas out of you guys. Thanks!
straight from the mean streets of ng.
was 14 watched every single clockday 04 movie i could. a month later I made a horrible horrible clock movie, which was rightfully blammed. was messaged by redneckclock saying if i was serious about being a clock and making flash to join the clock crew. 9 years later im the boss and by far everyones favorite. started from the bottom now im here.
i even found the link to the original blammed entry which can confirm my sometimes disputed sepetember 04 join date: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/193865

Saw the Frontier Psychiatrist collaboration as well as True North (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/122518). I really enjoyed them, ended up learning more about clocks, and then around December I finally decided to join, though I can't remember what the last straw was

I joined up jan 5th '02, and its fun looking back at how idiotic I was, good lord I might of been worse than alot of of you. Luckily its mostly contained to the ng bbs. shits embarrassing but interesting

Somebody linked Let It B in the chat thread of a shitty debate forum. I watched a bunch of clock movies and then saw Koala's the Fall and decided to learn flash and see if there was still a site up.

e: so suck it bitches
I joined because I watched blobclock's flash movie. Joined as baseballbatclock, I didn't know it was taken though. Returned sometime in the summer and made a flash that got everyone's attention and told me it was taken. Dumpsterclock suggested Pezclock I liked it, I took it. First movie ever featured in by another clock was pop tart. If it wasn't for clockcrew, I wouldn't have great flash skills and so much friends. Special thanks to Absintheclock for helping me out to the clockification gate.
lotus said I should join
