I don't know but i looked up online that belly button pain can be a sympton of on-coming Crohn's disease, and two of my friends have that and it's not fun. But then again it's also a sympton of gull bladder problems, and those ARE pretty fun, so. I don't know man, risky business, whiskey dickness.

Bellybutton knots put a lot of stress on the skin. It's different for different people, but some people with more delicate skin (or who had a really shitty bellybutton knot to begin with) experience undue wear/fraying in the bellybutton area as a result.
Basically go to your doctor and tell him/her you need your bellybutton knot re-tied. They cut off the old one and tie you a new one with the surrounding tissue that's less worn out, but it's not as gross as it sounds. As I remember it's a fairly painless procedure. Definitely don't procrastinate, though, because if your knot wears out completely your entrails start to push their way out.

I can't afford a doctor. Please explain the procedure and I'll do it myself. My supplies are an exacto-knife, a hot glue gun, a box of band aids, some neosporin, and a zippo lighter.

It can't be too hard. Probably use something like
this guide and start at, like, Step 9. They don't tell you when to use the hot glue gun, but you can probably just wing it.

belly button problem:
1) did you scratched your belly button too much?
i did once, and hurt like hell for an hour or so.(for 1 hour)
2) the belt buckle, like my brother pops suggested
3) did you lifted something heavy, during that DnD night, like say, a beer keg, an anvil, a fellow player?!
stop lifting heavy things for a week if you did!
ADVICE: stop attending DnD matches.
1&2.apply some lotion/betadine to the injured area. and avoid belt buckles that are too tight.
