Put it on the stovetop
(https://clockcrew.net/talk/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F58CGcQy.jpg&hash=02412fa4666e8e13f82d625dd457c655ec6c8aff)

I set the burner between 3-4, I don't know what that means relative to anyone elses stove.

turn on the timer for 10 minutes
(https://clockcrew.net/talk/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FQ7XemPz.jpg&hash=a28ffae96a20fa168c8518e5c26a2b6fd93adc66)

Now sit back and pass the time with some reading

when your timer is up it's time to check the porridge
(https://clockcrew.net/talk/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FypZAYhz.jpg&hash=3a3b2738d2be8fc728e754470292a9692fdef05e)

Not bad, but still runny as hell
(https://clockcrew.net/talk/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FsY5AhxG.jpg&hash=0f29542cb93eb8904129199a6261fb5e87cf084e)

Give it a good stir and reset your timer for another 10 minutes.

as you get down to the 4-3 minute mark you'll probably notice its starting to bubble and is much thicker
(https://clockcrew.net/talk/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FEDcdcnQ.jpg&hash=24b9d237a86a6ca366bc0322da51e734ba273e7a)

You're going to have to watch it now so throw that newspaper in the bin where it belongs and stir that shit
(https://clockcrew.net/talk/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FcEx6AhQ.jpg&hash=d834e848badcd0e6bf469e41e8978e00baf7072a)

The last minute is going to be pretty much constant stirring

Timers up, get the pot off the burner
(https://clockcrew.net/talk/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FpU6tIxD.jpg&hash=b7e361621ee4ee448b36d4d0e8ac3f48df20df9c)

Pour it in a bowl and immediately wash the pot so what's left over doesnt turn to cement and never come off
(https://clockcrew.net/talk/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F3ZN6FG5.jpg&hash=c1084197480fc136efbe6a8a7b6e351ef67f41e8)

Get yourself a glass of water to complete your prison-diet meal

Et voilà! A bowl of slop.

I'd rather use milk for my oatmeal...

I had no milk in the house this morning.
