Probably because it's dumb if he got purely banned out of being annoying. I'd support it if he was some neckbeard incel, but you'd have to ban 99.9998% of the clock crew in that case.

Try not to be too surprised, but in the years of talking about it, someone made that funny joke, too—about if it's just that he's annoying, ban the whole clock crew.
I'd have to sift through a LOT of threads to find the actual details, but the final hammer wasn't because he was annoying. The only ones I see easily are on the grid and I don't know how cool it is to quote those here, even if it'd be nice to just be able to link this thread. The gist is rest easy, soldier.

so yeah, he was annoying, in a "never grows out of it" sense, but I think what you missed is:
- slid into people's real life social media
- after a warning and trial period, was permabanned here because his behavior was making some users uncomfortable, and because if I didn't people would never have stopped asking me to permaban him
- bb10 was so obsessed with the clock crew that despite having the situation explained to him, he tried asking pineappleclock to let him back in
- later, someone let him into clamclock's old account and he pretended to be clamclock (http://clockcrew.net/talk/index.php?topic=105475.0), if clamclock really wanted to see kabuu's butt again
all this in spite of it being obvious that there were a number of people in the community that didn't want him around
bb10 wasn't banned on the discord, however, so if you liked him you could talk to him there -- but shortly after the discord changed hands, bb10 decided to cut himself off, which is not something I ever imagined he'd do, but it appears that he's now gone by choice

he's very good at presenting himself as merely friendly, overzealous, and a little clueless, but the truth is he has a loooooong history with an established pattern of
1) trying to insert himself into people's lives, following them from thread to thread, sending them private messages, pestering them with meaningless questions that he doesn't even care about the answers to
2) following them off site to newgrounds or social media, pestering them there
3) bothering their real friends
4) hitting on every female they know
5) when he's rebuffed for any reason, still following them around only now also relentlessly moaning to anybody who will listen about
their baseless targeted cruelty and hatred for him even though he did nothing wrong and only tries his best and he just wants to get along and he knows that they don't like him but he'll just keep trying and hey can hate him if they want even though it's unfair and he didn't do anything wrong and oh woe is me the poor beleaguered soulso time and time again, nurturing nanny clock after nurturing nanny clock tried to patiently, calmly, kindly explain what he was doing to upset people, and he'd pretend to understand and to be dedicated to changing his ways and making amends, for all of an hour, before going right back to doing the same shit that got him in trouble in the first place

Oh shit, that's actually pretty horrible. He sounds like a self loathing narcissist, which I needed help for myself. I can understand his mindset, but it's definitely something he'll need help for. No amount of attention or attempts to help him feel better will matter.

That's typical of the personality disorder. He merely got a rush from the burst of attention, but then that eventually wears off and slips into his old ways. He might have wanted to change and meant it, but ultimately it's not something he change himself.

I'm happy for him leaving. He needed it, it was affecting him very badly. He even said to me in a private message "Why am I even still in the Clock Crew?" which shows a sort of determination to move on with his life. I hope for the best.
