there are so many interpretations for "forum header" and they're all awful so i will need you to be more specific
look i thought if i did it then you would think it was actually vcr trying to make it look like i did it but then had the thought that that means i can probably do anything and nobody would really be sure if it was me or not and figured this wasn't really a good thing to blow that load on
