Dude, we can't see it if its on YOUR pc, you need to upload it, plus HTML files won't need 'flash' tags

One, you have to use your .SWF file.
Two, you have to upload the .swf to a image hosting website (such as imageshck.us), not the file location on your computer.
Three, you didn't specify the height and width.

Ok, you need the direct link, not the URL of the page its on, right click> view page info> media>(find it in that list, should be called embeded,) > look at its info, and get that url.

Screw around with the height and width settings in the fla file, make them around 300 width by 100 height.
