I have an idea for a movie but I've got no time to make it. If anyone is interested, go ahead.
I was watching this anime porn last week, and it was in Japanese. I couldn't care less what the people were saying, but the accent of their voice (ex: screaming, laughing, quiet talk, whisper) went along with the scene. What if someone made a Clockcrew anime with classics like 'sigh' bubbles, giant screaming mouths, sarcasm scenes (basically a scene is frozen with close-up of one character, and only part moving for like 10 seconds is his mouth)... Then instead of using the text-to-speech, we use random Japanese audio clips clipped from Japanese anime. The clips won't actually represent what the clocks are saying, but this will add the to humour fact. So you're making a movie, with sound, but really the story is supposed to tell itself without any talking.
Theme: Clocks go to Japan.

Its a good idea, I think I'll make something like that someday. Maybe we could get people to send in recordings of them saying gibberish? That would add even more the the humor factor seeing as its not even a language.
