There are sadly not enough stylized action movies! Stylized meaning it isn't realistic, or its ridiculous, characterized, or even cartoonish.
Ones that I can think of at the moment are:

Kung Fu Hustle

any tarantino, a lot of j-cinema or asian flicks in general, natural born killers, fight club is stylin but i dunno is the violence stylized to the extent of hyper reality, troma movies, a clockwork orange, starship troopers.

I found 300 very overrated. It was for me in the O-K scale, nothing so groundbreaking.
