The best way, seriously, is to do a screen recording with something like Fraps while it's playing and crop the video in an editor of sorts.

Koala had this program called flash2avi if i recall correctly, he used it for the clockcrew HD movies, it basicly makes a screencap of each frame and converts the whole to a video file.
