Oh yeah I remember this. I think it was banned sometime ago for copyright and all that bullshit, Newgrounds has passed through a lot of bitching in the early internet years.

I have the unaltered original.  Got it from a flash site that wasn't NG.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that... it's a flash executable.  Those were popular in the past when downloading the same file over and over was stressful for dialup users.
