I took reference of this picture for the head. Other then that every thing was done on a New York train heading to work. And no, I wasn't going for accuracy. Its just a quick Sketch so I am not completing this.

Ok I know I said I wouldnt finish this, but I take a 1 hour and 30 minute train ride. (For those of you living in new york, thats from Bay Ridge to Lorimer street station.) So I got bored and opened this up. sadly The Top hat got lost but if you listen closely you can still hear its siren.
