I agree that the hat shouldn't be transparent and the clock hands need sorting out but apart from that it looks good.

i fixed up the clock hands, the hat, and added a little more detail

Really, really boring and just overall not good. It looks very flat and the shine doesn't really look like shine. It really looks like you were trying to make it as flat as you possibly could.
