Hey, if you were on IRC last night you heard about this but anyway...
I sketched out some pretty decent looking comics and decided to just digitally input text and some finer touches.
After I scan it later today I'll put in the text and this will be the first place the final cuts see daylight. Be warned though, the jokes might be case-sensitive.
As for the name, I was thinking something along the lines of something involving it being just sketched and scanned, not inked or digitally refined completely.
"That Scanlated Comic" or something trendy.
What's this comic about?
Does it involve clocks?
I think something short, like just "Scans" could sound nice.

I'm getting my friend to get them scanned at his workplace. If he can't deliver, I'll have to buy one with next week's pay.

Well, I can't say that I'm proud or disappointed in it.
Kinda wished the scanner would've picked up more black.
I ditched the whole scan name thing and went with something simple I have been for years. I also inked and colored it with this professional marker set I had lying around for a while instead of sketching it. Looks a bit shifty, but has that nice cozy, laid back feel to it. I also rather like the font. Maybe a bit too much.
I went through about five different scripts before deciding on this one, I decided that as all decent to good sitcoms start off with a coupled series of episodes to get you into it, I should try it out with my comic....and I guess you should just read it if you want to know what direction this is going in.

I decided to go with a "Getting a driver's license" theme because I'm taking driver's classes to get the damned thing this week and next and I'd have humor fresh in my mind involving that stuff. I decided to do that whole, Monday, Wednesday, Friday thing because even though I can do these pretty quick, I like to feel comfortable with my time.
This is the only Tuesday update. Ever. Also, the last time I post my comics on here...
...until the month of August, that is. On one day in August.
Also I'll probably transform my site, www.kashguitar.com (http://www.clockcrew.cc/talk/www.kashguitar.com) to incorporate the webcomic. I haven't touched it in months, and not even with dreamweaver yet so it's just basic html crap with terrible drawings and lies.

i think you definitely have potential as to writing comics and such, you just need to work on making your actual graphics more smooth and solid, so they are pleasing to look at.
A lot of people are not fans of webcomics, so it's to be expected that a lot of people will dissaprove. keep doing what you like
