I have 400 9mm luger bullets but I don't have a gun.
I am attempting to shoot myself but turns out I have no idea how
to shoot myself with a bullet without a gun.

(the bullet has to hit me)

I am serious and I am really pissed off because my parents cought
me stealing 230 mg Codeine and they think I use narcotics

yeah just put them all upright in a puddle of gas and light it, and bend your head over it.
or scrape the lead off of the points, mix it with some milk and drink it. I don't know how long it takes for lead poisoning to kill you though.
or buy a gun
