Title: Pokémon D/P foreign Pokédex entries

OK, so I'm playing Pok[FONT="]émon Pearl and am trying to utilize the Pok[/FONT][FONT="]édex's foreign language feature, but it doesn't seem to be working.  I've already got the German Magikarp the guy east of the Survival Area gives you in exchange for a Finneon, and its entry shows up just fine, but I have a Japanese Drifblim, a French Dewgong and a few others that don't seem to work.  Any solutions?

It doesn't apply to all pokemon. Only certain ones. look up a list.
