dislocated my left knee cap oh yeah it was like almost popping through my skin it went out about 1-2 inches oh yeah brother

ultimate frisbee, i pivoted on my left foot, my body turned but not my foot, then i heard a pop and felt a bulge come out of my leg, fell, heard anoher pop, and felt the bulge go back in

fun day eh. i missed football. and probably will for at least like 1-2 weeks. waaj our first game is thursday :c

also i have this stupid brace on my leg. ugh
