I've never had it, but my friends like it. Apart from like, haddock, I generally dislike fish so i assume i'd like sushi even less, and the raw aspect just adds to that.
What are your opinions of sushi?
mmm that looks like some tasty sushi
Sushi=/= raw fish.
In fact not all Sushi is fish, and only some if it is raw (well technically, it's cured, not raw,) But what defines sushi is actually the way the rice is made.
That pic is awesome BTW.
Edit: Lol wrong forum.
i like some of it
some of it i dont like
that is my story of sushi
eel is good
Modern sushi is the perfect food nutritionally, and the textures and flavors available trump sandwiches in comparison. I love the stuff.
Theres a sushi shop that we have been going to when we have the cash in the next town over. they deliver it to you on little boats. :D
also:
cuddle fish. so good.
*stomach noises*

I've signed with the things before. They're sentient enough to hold a conversation, even though I knew very little about their language. I couldn't eat one in good conscience.

Yeah, we felt a little guilty after we found out what it was. :( but still....
Edit:
Where did you talk to a cuddle fish? That's awesome!

An aquarium in West Texas. I saw them flickering about and doing the more confusing things, but they were also signaling with their tentacles. I put my arm up and mimicked them with my fingers, and one stuck around to face me for a few minutes and tried to teach me something. After so long I learned that there were multiple greetings made through the tentacles that were meant to set a sort of tone for conversation, and I learned that some movements were associated with color changes. We were playing a sort of Simon game before he or she got too tired. It was really cool.

I know what you mean. It's weird when morality enters the dining room, like when someone serves you a piece of one of the hutch rabbits you were playing with a week ago, or the first time you try a marvelous exotic sausage at a Vietnamese restaurant and realize it might be dog.
I like sushi but it doesn't like me.
Sushi is good.
That wasn't me earlier btw ^
Also: HOLY SHIT I AM NEVER EATING CUTTLEFISH AGAIN
Also I'm really curious about cuttlefish communication now.
And guilty.
But mostly curious!
*Cue spending the next few hours on YouTube*
Barbeque Eel sushi (Nagiri) is the shit. I hate all seafood except tuna salad, sushi, and kalamari, so take that as a recommendation to not prejudge based on the fact that it's seafood.
You guys mean cuttlefish, right?
They might as well be called cuddlefish because I'd certainly cuddle with it.
Never tried it, don' wanna either.
to remove the guilt of eating talking fish, I usually don't ask what kind of sushi it is, thus I am blissfully ignorant and I can still look a cuttlefish in the face and discuss the election or some shit.
sushi is amazing. it doesn't taste like any other fish tastes so you really can't judge it based on that. and the whole "raw" thing is I'm a edgy teen and people need to get over it
Quote from: Floss;1393641Sushi is good.
No it's not.
As a faggot I can safely say sushi is one of my favourite foods, it's a shame it's so expensive though ;w;
We used to buy tons of the stuff at work, I got a certificate put up in reception for "snorting a line of Wasabi, and being happy about it".
Good times.
Dynamite roll is probably my favorite. That, and yellowtail.
I love sushi
That must be the traditional way to serve it. Nobody's ever traditional around here. :grumpy:
SNAKECLOCK IS BACK!!
I'm not paying that much for some rice and fish which isn't even cooked.
Well, i'm having salmon for dinner tonight. Hardly sushi, but fish. I haven't had it in years and remember it being horrible so - exciting.
UPDATE: Had it. Not a fan.
