Okay, issue of the day #1:
I have a movie I'm making. I have everything good looking so far, but there's a problem with the sound.

Okay, so that little sound thingy (the second time) is supposed to happen when the hat appears. For some strange reason, it happens beforehand. (Yes the settings are set to stream)

There's really no reason for such a short sound queue to be set to 'stream'.
A couple of quick fixes would be to run dead noise between sound effects or to attach the sound to a movieclip (in event mode, of course).
