no, I didn't... I had to code some php to determine it's scale and generate the xml for it, but the flash ap itself I didn't make.

And I'd like it if everyone would use it, so feel free to tell non-clocks... If it starts costing me more money I'll just add some google ads or something.

I've got a similar deal...unlimited bandwidth and space... But what they really mean when they say that is "as much as you can use till you are costing us money in extra resources". I've actually had a hosting company "loose" my domain, because I was killing their bandwidth. That won't happen with the guys I'm using now (cause they are pretty awesome), but I'm sure they'll let me know when I'm pushing their true inner limits.

If I start pulling 20+ gigs a day I'm sure I'll have to do something about it. Currently though, it's only about a gig of bandwidth a day (and most of that is my doing)... So I've got some time.

Thanks, that helped me pinpoint the real source of the issue... It was checking your password before the password had been put into the database for the first time. The bug should be gone for good now.

IMO, having your name/email be encoded to the dots is more annoying than useful, particularly when you need to try and enter in an entire email address without fucking up once since you can't tell what you're entering in.

well, I've actually coded it so that both fields auto-expand as you type, unfortunately it doesn't work in chrome, and one other browser (I forget which)... Fixing the compatibility on that function is on my to-do list.

Know what would be cool? a mobile uploader. That way i can upload photos and stuff on the go.

That is not a bad idea, since the whole site is heavy on the flash tech, I might make a mobile version for psp/iphone/dream users.

I think I found a bug. When I upload a transparent png and look at the preview of the file by hovering over it its just a black box, and when I go to the direct link it is the same. I have to use stupid imageshack for pngs. :\

There's this thing...when I roll over a .swf, it starts playing, which is swell - but the sounds continues after I've moved my mouse away.  The only way to shut up my flashes is to mouse over a different file.

Transparent PNGs have been fixed... If you want to correct one you uploaded previously, re-upload it. Also it will not attempt to optimize or thumbnail extremely large images (any that require more than 40MB of ram per image).

Just got an idea, a firefox toolbar that you could use to upload and grab a link to it would be awesome. Hope this hasn't been suggested yet.

It hasn't... A lot of people frown on toolbars, so it will be low on the priority list but I promise to look into it in the future.
