I drop by today wishing happy holidays for one, to see how everything is going here, and to let everyone know that I did make it to college. (I was pretty sure I would be on the street after the first week but hey what do ya know?) Things are going good and I have started working on songs for a band I'm joining up next summer as the lead guitarist.
Feel free to send me a pm if you care to chat for a bit. I've got a bit of exam studying for a political election class so I'll be on and off here today.

You misunderstand me. I know metal is perfectly artistically valid and varied (at least within its own definition), I was just making a joke about HeavyMetal writing songs, "especially death metal and black metal". No doubt he specified those particular subgenres for extremely high badass quotient and because they're designed to be loud and abrasive. I'm not saying all metal is.
