How do you guys do it?!? :confused: I've tried everything from uploading direct from my hard drive to hotlinking from Imageshack. It still resizes all my avatars.

I remember peeking in the Grinder one day and seeing that some Clockfan had been banned for having a "huge table-breaking avatar." How could he have gotten that without someone noticing?
