Hmm this mochibot is interesting but it doesnt support custom events fired at specific moments in your flash. Using both Google events and mochibot would be a winning team.
Sorry, but what does this do?
Quote from: BeretClock;1536781Sorry, but what does this do?
it basicly allows you to track various event inside your flash app/game/animation etc.
Keep in mind you can do things in Flash like grab the URL it's located in, so you could track where your flash is being played from.
Quote from: Franklin G. Hamilton;1539054you could write this in like 3 lines in AS2, this program says its 120,000 lines???
maybe they are tracking you tracking your file
But you can pass that information to an external source, namely google analytics, and it'll put all the data in charts and whatnot for you. Google Analytics doesn't actually grab the information for you, it merely tracks the information you want it to.
Yea, I've kinda already been doing this... Just getting variables via geturl via a defunct script will give you all the data you could ever need via your site's stats, webalizer, or whatever...
It's a cool concept, but a bit beefy for what it does.
