I don't know why anyone would use MSpaint except for making sprites, in which case photoshop and other software are still better alternatives. Do this in Flash and you'd have much better results.

Also, don't try to make yourself look badass on the interblag.

I think the best software for making sprites is GraphicsGale, which is free.
It's still a nice drawing, though, at least for MS Paint.
