This is a fat dude making big money by making retards from NG sign up on a social network, then taking their money for webcam shows that are never given.
You can make up to a few hundred bucks a month if you keep up this scam, only downside being that you'll never ever be able to open up a bank account anywhere anymore when your bank finds out what you're doing.
