If you've got REAL TALENT and want to take a stab at game development, NOW IS THE PERFECT TIME.
We're organizing a summer event called "Power of Three."
You have THREE weeks to organize a team of THREE people, most likely an artist, programmer and musician.
By the June 5th team deadline, you must submit an application consisting of your team members and your game concept. You can PM this to me with the subject, TEAM APPLICATION.
Imagine a clock team winning this, it would be fucking awesome. I'd like to be an artist for this but i'm afraid I don't having any knowledge on making games.
So, anyone thinking of making a team?

Well roman is one hell of a programmer, rocketfetus is learning but I believe he can achieve awesomeness. I don't think cableshaft will do it, I think he is jobless right now. Piney works and he tends to come by only when there's trouble so, I doubt he'll do it.

I've been looking for something to do this summer, so I'm willing to program for a game. I'm sure Roman and Blue both outclass me at actionscript, but there's no reason to only have one team if there are enough people interested.
And if there's anyone who has an idea but wants help with a more detailed design, I can most likely give them advice.
On a side note I'll probably but not definitely be stuck with flash 7 until about a week after things get started, so if anyone using CS3/4 wants to work with me, chances are there will be conversion pains in the beginning.
I have an ambitious idea for a platformer. I think I can do the art, but if any musicians or programmers are interested, PM me. I'll need a really good programmer, though, so any prospective programmers had better be really confident in their abilities.
I would try and get people together to do something but I'm going away to Europe for most of July so I wouldn't be much of a help.

Also i will join in this venture with a point and click adventure made by myself, the man formally knows as greyclock and someone else who can make buttons in flash, so pretty much anyone. Preferably someone non lame though.

Yea, so I dont think I'm open anymore. Probably doing some work with Zombie Pimp on a Power of Three project and maybe another. Also got another game deal unrelated to power of three. It will be sweet!
