Ok, so where I am new, should i make sortof a welcome clock flash? And if so, about what? Any Ideas? How did you guys start flashing in CC? Should I make a new NG account for my new identity? Send me some answers Please! lol.

Make a NG account and make flashes, they don't have to be about the Clock Crew but using Clock characters is an easy way to get into animation when you are just learning it.
I would make an intro Flash that went a bit like this:
[Opens with shot of a stage with microphone in it. Various silhouettes of Clocks can be seen sitting in the audience. Slurpee Clock approaches the mic]
Slurpee: Good evening, Clocks! We have a treat for you tonight, as one of our brand new members is going to introduce herself with a few jokes! Let's make her feel warm and welcome like only the Clock Crew can! [He claps as he walks off the stage, and the audience claps as well. Your Clock character walks nervously to the mic]
You: H-hey. I'm, uh, [your Clock character]. So... hi.
Audience: ...
You: Ok, so, uh, I have some jokes here. [clears throat] How many StrawberryClocks does it take to change a light bulb?
Audeince: ...
You: It, uh, will sure take a lot seeing as how he doesn't have any hands!
Audience: ...
You: Oh, ok, uh... I have another one then. StrawberryClock, OrangeClock and RaspberryClock walk into a gay bar, and the bartender shouts "Hey! Get the fuck out of here, fruits! We don't serve your kind here!"
Audience: ...
You: See, because they were fruits, but... they weren't... ok, one more then. Knock knock.
Audience: Who's there?
You: StrawberryClock.
Audience: StrawberryClock who?
You: Really? You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
Audience: ... [laughter and clapping]
