I saw The Melvins play last night. They were amazing. They played the A-Team theme song as they were walking onstage. All four members had vocal mics. Dale Cover still hits monsterously hard. The dual drummer set up sounded great. A great sludge metal band called Haarp (http://www.myspace.com/haarpnola) from Louisiana opened up for them.
I saw Buzz Osborne by the stage before the show. I rushed up to him and shook his hand and said "I really like your work". I probably sounded like a huge dork (which I am!)
