If I'm on my computer I just fucking sit here looking at the same shit over and over again. I could turn on the TV, but there is certainly nothing I want to watch right now. I could fire up the XBOX, but I'm also kind of tired. I keep thinking of lying down, but I'm afraid I'm not tired enough to fall asleep. So I go through the same fucking 8 pages I've already looked at (No; nothing new at 2:30 AM PST) and blah. Fuck this I'm going to sleep.

It could be your wifi (if you have wireless) reconnecting; anti-virus scanning, or some bullshit program that your computer came with (my laptop does that as well, and its because of some Asus program).

Actually it's kinda crazy but I was looking back in the goldmine and I think you have a lot of threads that you had the last post in before it was locked.

Sometimes late at night, I come to think... or rather dread... the fact that if I would die nobody would give two cents.
I could blow myself and 400 people to cinders for the internet but the internet would just laugh, and I get scared over how much the internet influences me but how I am insignificant to it. How I'm a slave to this world of dead screens and empty lines

sometimes late at night I think about how so far my whole life has worked up to going to university, but i'm here now and it's shit coz i got shit grades and went to a shit uni and everyone here is shit and my course is shit and it's all shit
then i jerk off and go to bed at 5am ready to sleep through my pointless lectures the next day

it doesn't matter whether you live or die in that case because nobody would give 2 cents if you would be alive or dead.
but that also gives you alot of freedom no consequences because nobody cares anyway. the only one that cares is you.
