Anybody actually sit through this garbage last night? I had to work so I'm kinda interested to know whether it was just as dumb as it is every year or if it was actually decent to watch.

It's really awesome that they debuted so many different games. I knew LA was planning on announcing a new Star wars game but I was hoping for something a bit different besides a Force unleashed sequel. My expectations for it are EXTREMELY low.
Halo Reach looks like a MW2 ripoff. Its too early to say what it'll be like however..
If nothing else they atleast didnt fuck up the awards.

I agree, they were one of the few developers to make a KICKASS licensed game. That is challenging to do now.

And Uncharted 2 is fucking amazing.
The award presentation was lacking. Half of the awards weren't even given proper introductions, just told what the winners were, especially if a game won more than once.
