So how the hell did they manage to get this on the American Virtual Console? This just isn't the sort of game you'd expect to get brought over here. Are they bringing over that weird ass fighting game too?

From what I've read about that game series, they're basically to the video game market what a Clock Crew movie is to Newgrounds: intentionally made to be utterly crappy, ridiculous and shocking, to the point that it becomes a phenomenon of its own and gets a cult following around it.
