Post by: AC Slater on April 21, 2010, 09:00:03 PM
THIS WEEK'S SUGGESTION THREAD IS ACTUALLY LOCATED HERE: http://www.clockcrew.cc/talk/showthread.php?p=1753254#post1753254

As the title states, post some techniques or tricks that you would like to see for this week's Saturday School Session. It can be anything at all (anything reasonable that is). Hopefully I'll see you guys there this week! And remember, if you missed last week's session, you can watch it through the On-Demand feature on Livestream.

Quote from: RibsClock;1746016I am suggesting (again) perspective in frame-by-frame animation.

I wanted to go over this last week but what specifically do you want to see done? Like how to keep everything in proportion when animating frame by frame? Or do you mean having a character (for example) walking towards the camera/audience and then away again? Let me know exactly and I'll try my best to cover it!

Ok excellent! I will try to go over it as best as I can. But be prepared, I'll most likely be drawing cubes as an example since drawing people and all of that jazz isn't really my forte.

Quote from: CadillacClock;1746038To be honest, gradients can serve such a wide purpose, it's impossible to give a legitimate tutorial for them. It would be much easier to simply outline the "how not to use them".

I could go over that as well. Also, I could try to explain how to use them "correctly" through the use of mixing gradients and normal solid colors.

School will be in session in 5 minutes! Be there or be square.

Also I don't know if ZL is teaching this week or not? But if he doesn't broadcast by 3:45 then I'll hop on there.
