Do you have Photoshop? If so use that but drag the Jpeg quality up to 12.

I would use Photoshop: File > Save for Web.

You can set that up for side by side comparison, and fine tune the compression settings.

fuck i dont have photoshop

is there any way of just importing it into flash and exporting it again with tweaked settings to make it look beautiful?

i can work with jpeg or gif btw
