I was just in my profile and noticed my post count was down from somewhere near 900 to a mere 450. Did this happen due to pruning and if so how frequently do we prune?

I see people with like 10,000+ posts, I'd be amazed to know that those numbers don't represent their entire time at this particular clockcrew website.

A while back threads that hadn't been posted in for 2 years were pruned.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the drop in my post count is pretty recent, like last couple of days.

Does your post count really matter that much to you?

I just checked and you are right, the forum has been pruned very recently. I have about 4000-6000 posts less than I used to have sooooo...

I have no interest in anything being done about this I simply posted in site feedback because I didn't think it really needed to go into General. Thanks for your replies though. :D
